  • Yes, you may request a tour in our contact page. Tours are based on appointments and can be scheduled during the week.

  • Our space allows for 35-50 guests comfortably, depending on the event set up. Maximum capacity of our building is 60 guests standing.

  • All our bookings have a cut off time of midnight, meaning everything should be cleaned and doors locked by 12:00am.

  • The leasing period agreed to on the contract is the timeframe you have access to the venue. Additional hours may be requested and will be an additional cost.

  • We recommend events to be booked 3-4 weeks in advance. In busier seasons 4-5 weeks in advance.

  • We ask for guests to not use any pins or hang anything on the walls. Backdrops and arches are encouraged instead. Fine glitter, small confetti and sparkles are prohibited as well.

  • We do not provide catering or have any preferred vendors, so any outside food that is pre-cooked in allowed.

    Music and Djs are also allowed.
